Given the current situation and teachers and students working at home online, "Flipped Classes" might be a viable option. If interested, check out the tutorials and a couple of the articles. The key to flipped classes, like many of the things we do in our classrooms work best when we have total buy-in. Feel free to try flipped classes, but if you choose to make the change, go all in. EXERCISE AND THE BRAIN: SPARK

John J. Ratey's study on exercise and its effects on the brain. One of the best studies on what role exercise plays in our mental development and health.
